Who Am I?

Already, I am Prestigia, founder and editor of BehHealthy.com. I am 25, extremely enthusiastic about my health, wellness, and the strength of conscious living. It is not simply a blog—it is my personal calling, and I believe it is my mission to be able to provide people with moderated, science-based, and natural wellbeing information when they are dealing with the busy lifestyle in the 21st century.

Why I Started BehHealthy

I founded BehHealthy after observing that both myself and too many others in society were stressed and confused due to contradicting health information and health crazes, unrealistic fitness ideals, and heavy chemical-based solutions. I wished to make it an environment where being healthy did not feel like a burden, but something that you actually appreciate.

I had a vision to change the attitude towards health—to make it feel more reachable, less of perfection, and more balance, consciousness, and lasting practices. And this is your free zone, in case you are that sort of person who wants to know how to take care of themselves, both physically, emotionally, and mentally speaking, but you simply do not know where to start.

My Background & Education

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Health Sciences, and this course was the foundation of my knowledge on diet, metabolism, and general well-being. In the course of my studies, I developed particular interest in the topic of correlation between mental health, food, and lifestyle—and how little everyday decisions affect the long-term outcomes.

I have also gained more certifications in:

  • Fitness Personal Training
  • The Essence of Herbal and Natural Medicine
  • Comprehensive Method of Managing Stress

Through these studies, I managed to depart the book knowledge and move into the real-life, practical ways of healing.

My Experience

Prior to the inception of this platform, I had worked a couple of years as a health and fitness content writer and a nutrition support consultant on online health forums and start-up health brands related with wellness. My practical experience allowed me to realize that people need to be consistent, understandable, and offer them realistic wellness plans.

I have also liaised with fitness coaches, yoga teachers, and clinical nutritionists—and this is what helped me understand how various practices combine to create a holistic approach towards health.
